Another week…another weekly running recap!
Sunday: Rest
Monday: 45 minute run
Tuesday: 30 minute HIIT
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: 45 minute run
Friday: 30 minute HIIT
Saturday: 2 hour run
The weather was really nice this week, but sadly, I did not get outside for any of my runs. The treadmill might be boring, but I have gotten comfortable with it. I need to make more of an effort to get outside and enjoy the sunshine!
Quick shout out: Serena, from Serena Runs, is running the Pittsburgh Marathon tomorrow!
