Another week…another weekly running recap!
Sunday: Rest
Monday: 30 minute run outside
Tuesday: Active rest (mowed the lawn…dreadful task!!)
Wednesday: 40 minute run outside
Thursday: Rest
Friday: 25 minute HIIT, 20 minute incline walk (treadmill)
Saturday: 1 hour run (treadmill)
I have been thinking about adding another half-marathon to my list this year. Mid-Ohio race track is having its inaugural half-marathon, this November. What is really cool about this, is the whole race is run on the race track! However, November in Northeast Ohio means it could be cold and snowing (and I am a freeze baby!). Anybody have any tips for running in the cold?
