Tuesday: 25 minute HIIT
Wednesday: 30 minute treadmill run
Thursday: Rest
Friday: 25 minute HIIT
Saturday: 7 mile run
Not a lot to report this week. I have noticed that I am not making any effort to cross-train. I get into a running only groove, and then I can’t be bothered to do any other type of exercise. Starting next week, I’m going to make a better effort to mix things up a little! Does anybody have any recommendations for exercise routines on YouTube?
