Another week…another weekly running recap!
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 30 minute run outside
Wednesday: 30 minute treadmill incline run
Thursday: 25 minute HIIT
Friday: 30 minute run outside
Saturday: 7 mile run
On Sunday, my mom, brother, and I, threw a surprise retirement party for my dad. I did all the cooking and baking (we had way too much food!), so my day started at 4am, and ended just before 9pm. I decided to skip Monday’s run in order to sleep in!!! Sometimes, extra sleep is needed more than a workout!
Runners…do you have any upcoming races?

Good for you for letting your body rest! I am SO bad about doing that. No races yet, but I’m going for a 12 mile run today! Yikes.
Just finished my 7 miles. Hope your 12 miles goes by quickly and easily!!!
