Another week…another weekly running recap!
Sunday: Rest
Monday: 30 minute run
Tuesday: 30 minute HIIT (treadmill)
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: 30 minute run
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Rest
It was a nice, easy (lazy) week! The humidity has been bad, however. You know it’s going to be a really warm day, when you walk outside at 5:30 in the morning and the air already feels heavy. I’m grateful that I can get my runs in early!
