Another week…another weekly running recap!
Monday: 30 minute treadmill run
Saturday: 7 mile run…paddleboard lesson!
Let’s just say, this week was a dud! Lots of over-time at work meant a lack of working out. This week, instead of getting up at 4am to run, I was getting up at 4am to go to work. Blech! Oh well. I still was able to get my long run in! Did you notice that I am taking a paddleboard lesson? I am really looking forward to this class. I’m sure I’ll get in a good workout, just trying to stand up on it!
