Another week…another weekly running recap!
Sunday: Rest
Monday: 1 hour incline walk, crunches, push-ups
Tuesday: 30 minute run
Wednesday: 1 hour incline walk, arm workout
Thursday: 45 minute run, crunches, push-ups
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 6 mile run
There isn’t anything to talk about this week, so I will just wish everyone a good weekend!
